The birthday of the famous Scottish poet is a very special
celebration for any Scot. The traditional menu is "haggis"
with "clapshot" which is a blood pudding served
with a mash of turnips and potatoes mixed together. Come to
the shop on or order below on line.
Macsween of Edinburgh is a Scottish family business which
specialises in the production of traditional haggis, the national
dish of Scotland. Great care is taken in the making of this
particularly Scottish delicacy and only the finest ingredients
are used. Lamb, beef, oatmeal, onion, and a special blend
of seasoning and spices are all cooked together in a natural
casing to produce the unique Macsween haggis.
