In the summer months
it is time to think of fresh vegetables, salads, lightly grilled
meat and fish with a drizzle of olive oil. Vinegars too can enhance
and flavour many dishes and desserts - just try fresh
strawberries with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar and a slight
pinch of freshly ground pepper !

oils are in the main estate bottled from different countries and
regions in the olive growing areas, The olive trees are tended
and loved often by single families and when ripe and picked the
olives are pressed to give you the sunfilled oils we have here.
But please do not stop with olive oil. In
addition we have oils infused (not flavoured) with lemon, garlic
or truffles all of which can come into their own with the right
recipient. We also have nut oils such as walnut, hazelnut, &
almond again giving their own facet to a dish. Be brave experiment,
send us your ideas and recipes and we will publish them on this
